Directions

From the North

  1. Travel down 5 changing to 99 below Red Bluff.
  2. Take the E 1st Ave off ramp. Turn L and go  under the freeway.

From the South

  1. Enter on 99 to E 1st Ave off ramp.
  2. Turn R on 1st Ave .

Both

  1. On 1st Ave., go through the light at Neal Dow and travel several more blocks to another light at a fork in the road.  In Motion Fitness is  on your R
  2. Take the R fork staying on 1st Ave. and go four blocks to a stop sign at Verbena
  3. Turn R and go 2 blocks to Hawthorne and turn R.
  4. Go one a block on Hawthorne to Nancy lane.
  5. I am on the far R corner.
